Smash Cancer is making plans for the 3rd Annual Smash Cancer Tennis Tournament on April 20-22, 2012 at the Althea Gibson Tennis Center at Empie Park. The success of this event will be largely due to the support of our sponsors, who lend their names and financial support to the event. The money we raise will go to The Head & Neck Cancer Alliance, and this year’s goal is $20,000.

     The Head and Neck Cancer Alliance seeks to enable an organized and strategic alliance of all stakeholders to dramatically shift the stage of discovery of head and neck cancers through united and collaborative efforts in prevention, early detection and research. Our mission involves providing support to head and neck patients, supporting ongoing research in head and neck oncology and educating children and adults in the disease process, treatment and prevention of head and neck cancer.

     By participating as a sponsor, your organization will benefit from extended exposure through media campaigns and promotional efforts surrounding the tournament.  It is only through efforts such as yours that together we can help eradicate oral, head and neck cancer.  Although we are a small organization, continued support from you and others will allow us to achieve these goals.

     We have several levels of sponsorship packages, as detailed on the enclosed sponsorship commitment form. You may select the level of participation that best meets your needs, and be secure in the knowledge that your sponsorship fee will be used to help the Head & Neck Cancer Alliance to “Smash Cancer” in our community.  We are counting on your support, and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
