Match Time

Tournament play may begin as early as 12:00 pm on Friday, April 20, 2012. Tentative schedule will be available upon check in or online before the tournament begins. That schedule is only TENTATIVE and is subject to change.

Entry Fee

$35 per player for each event, participants are limited to 2 events. Entry fees must accompany entry form. Registration may be completed online, by mail or in person at:

There will be games and small competitions throughout the tournament for individuals to support and participate in. Stay tuned for details

Tournament Rules

The round robin format of play will be used. Each player is scheduled for at least 2 matches. All matches shall be the best of two sets with a coman tiebreak (first to 7, win by 2) used at six-all in each set. No break during change over after the first game. In lieu of a third set, a match coman tiebreak shall be played (first to 10 win by 2). There will be a two minute break after each set with no coaching. The tiebreak procedures shall be scored as one set and one game.

The Tournament Committee reserves the right to alter the format, the scoring method or terminate a team match when one team has won the majority of the points. However, without directive from the Tournament Committee, the teams are to play all matches to completion.

All USTA Official Rules of Play, USTA, Southern, and North Carolina Regulations, the USTA Code of Conduct and the USTA Point Penalty System will be enforced. The format may be changed due to inclement weather.
